and territorial adjustment

the rights and interests of current inhabitants of areas subject to

alternative accommodation in appropriate locations where adequate livelihoods
may be earned. |
Comments
The above is an attempt to legalise the settlement of the illegal Turkish colonists by protecting their interests which are designated illegally invalid under UN Resolutions 541 (1983) and 550 (1984). The presence of the Turkish colonists has been thoroughly condemned by the UN in its Resolutions and by the EU and prevents the Greek Cypriot refugees from retuning to their homes. This constitutes an attempt to alter the demography of Cyprus and is an act genocide under ATICLE 2 (c) of the International Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide. This paragraph cannot be tolerated by the UN Secretary General and must be amended.

“3. The right of return of refugees and displaced persons will be paramount. All Turkish troops and colonists will be removed from Cyprus soil. The rights of illegal immigrants and current inhabitants shall be safeguarded according to international norms, and provide for the immediate repatriation of all illegal immigrants including Turkish colonisations and orderly relocation of current inhabitants who are Cyprus citizens to adequate alternative accommodation in appropriate locations where adequate livelihoods may be earned.”
